WHAT’S IN IT FOR THE SUPPLIER?
The following case history illustrates the types of benefits a supplier can realize by implementing our Continuous Replenishment System with a key customer. Here our CRS Solutionsm was implemented by a screen supplier to manage a consignment program with a key customer that manufactured separation equipment and replacement screens. As a result of establishing this program, our Client realized the following benefits:

  • A $1.5 million increase in annual sales.
  • A sole-source supplier position. (Previously the business was split between three competitors.)
  • A closer working relationship with this customer. The year our CRS Solutionsm was implemented, the customer awarded our Client its "Vendor of the Year" award.
  • Our Client started to consistently get the first call, and the "last look" on his customer’s new product programs.
